company looking for a kannel hacker

I need to make some changes in kannel, even if it's not going to get 
into cvs. It will serve for a job for the biggest telecom company in 
latin america, we're in a CDMA network, using SMPP to communicate with 
the SMSC.

Doesn't matter what part of the world you are or where you are going to 
do it, I just need the job done. So if you are interested we are going 
to pay for this initial modifications:

1. If kannel try to send a message and it gets 0x14 or 0x53, try to 
resend only 3 more times, after that, log the message reporting the 
failure.
2. Make kannel able to set callback_num for CDMA network.
