Contrib proposed: kpage

Hi all,

I intend to create a new package, to simplify Kannel integration 
in service monitoring systems. I can create the CVS repository inside
my http://torrus.org project, but maybe it's more appropriate to have it 
inside Kannel CVS. 

Package name: kpage
Components:

kpage -- the pager utility that accepts the destination number and 
the SMS text, assigns it a unique number, and sends it to Kannel.

kpage-delivery-confirm.cgi -- a CGI that accepts delivery confirmations 
from Kannel, and keeps the track of message IDs.

Language: perl
Installer: autoconf/automake
License: Gnu GPL
