Re: sizing to build an SMSC

think i have not been able to put my idea across rightly.
kannel is just an SMS gateway. One chunk of the whole BIG SMSC.
what i want is
kannel's equivalent (not only smpp/cimd2 clients but servers also) + 
gateway to communicater with imap, smtp.
connectivity to MSC / HLR etc
billing
AAA

i know it's tough to size such a huge project. but seems like someone
on this list must have tried to do this earlier. me looking for just
rough number.
