You would run multiple bearerboxes on different machines connecting to the same smsc for example. every one would handle the same keywords in parallel. > Is it possible to connect two bearerbox installed in two different > machines to the same smsc with the same account ? for fault > tolerance. Depends a bit on the SMSC but basically yes. in terms of MO processing this is no problem. Incoming SMS can be handled by either bearerbox/smsbox bundle as long as the configs are the same. in terms of MT processing, there should be two different accounts as the SMSC might return a delivery report to the wrong machine otherwise. By using a different account, you make sure the delivery report gets to the same machine who submitted it.
