Memory problem with kannel sms outgoing delivery report

can someone here help me.. i have problem with my debian server, i use it for sms gateway use 
kannel.. well, the problems usually occur when i set delivery report for outgoing sms, then my 
computer become slow, and harddisk working, after that bash daemon, mysqld, and bearerbox (kannel) 
is crashed.. i use VMWare with HardDisk 2 GB and memory 320MB.. would you see this error log:

i got those error on debian screen

well, i got no problem with send sms without delivery report
