Patches from Ben Suffolk

Hi,

Ben submitted a patch and got a +1 from Alexander Malysh and others as seen
here.

He then submitted some more patches as seen

Is there any reason they have not been submitted or maybe there is a problem
we have overlooked so he should improve them?

The reason we are keen on them is when load balancing, which many Kannel
users require, you still control each SMSC via the Admin interface.
