nop,
he gets a deliver_sm with data_coding = 0x03, which assumes (according to the
protocol) that the payload is latin1 encoded, but it is GSM 03.38 encoded. Which
means the SMSC doesn't comply.
I hope this is not my smppbox working there as SMSC ;) (just kidding, I know it
can't be)
