bad sms mwi when inserting sms into sqlbox database

Hello!
I'm using kannel-1.4.1 with sqlbox 0.7.1. All works fine while sms is sended 
by smsbox. If sms is sended by inserting into sms_send table it appers on 
mobile like voice-mail, i.e. sqlbox for some reason sets 'mwi' field into 0. 
If set mwi by hand to 4, sms seems to be not delivered. Can be this fixed in 
any way?
