Hi Stipe,

You are absolutely right. Was not looking at the download/snapshot, but the:

http://www.kannel.org/userguide.shtml

I think that the main documentation link in the site needs updating. 
Development version is left to 1.3.2 and Stable is 1.4.3. This should be 
changed to Latest ponting to latest snapshot, and Stable in that order. I 
can take care of it. What do you think?
