The bootstrap.sh script

Hello!

Please change the shell of the bootstrap.sh script to /bin/sh instead
of /bin/bash. On FreeBSD bash is located at /usr/local/bin so the
script fails to run. Besides, using bash for a two-liner such as this
is excessive in my opinion.
