Kannel with Cygwin

Hi,

We using Cygwin on windows 7 to set up Kannel. The set up has been done
and services are running.

Now we want to use Nokia-E5 mobile for SMSC. We wanted to know the value
we can give for "Device" in smsc configuration.

The format "/dev/" is not recognized by cygwin.  How can I find the path
for the device in Cygwin

Please let me know how to use it.
