Install test tools with latest svn version

I'm trying to create a docker image to use for local testing with the lates=
t
version of Kannel. For older versions there was a `make install-test` which
seems to now be missing. Can anyone point me in the right direction for how
to install the test tools now? I couldn't find any reference to it online=
=E2=80=A6=20

As far as I can tell they do get compiled, but they are not copied/moved
into the install directory. If it makes a difference, I'm specifically afte=
r
`fakesmsc`.=20
