sms_modem config question

Hi everybody,
i´m trying to install sms_client 2.0.8y with AVM B1 (ttyI0) for use with german telecom. After Dialing i receive the following error:

Could anybody give me a hint, whats wrong with my config?
I´m trying to modify different item´s in /etc/sms/sms_modem but nothing helps ...
