sms_client and characterset (was: what's the latest on sms_client?)

That is standard RFC2047 format for allowing 8bit characters in email-headers
which otherwise are 7bit only.  You could simply decode that and use it with
sms_client, but the questions remains - which characterset does the receiving
mobile phone use to display it?
