I'm not sure what Jared's plan is, but it looks like he has a newer
repository available at <https://git.nether.net/jaredmauch/sysmon> and has
accepted changes relatively recently. I'd imagine it's not too difficult to
make sysmon send RFC 2822 compliant emails.

I've been considering dusting off sysmon and running it on OpenBSD, so I'd
be interested in a solution for this as well. sysmon is an oldie, but
goldie, in my mind.
