In Bug 1107865 a comment says that the builds from 
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/candidates/3.6b1-candidates/build3/ 
fixes problem for SeaMonkey.

Could you do a retest with this builds on Linux and Thunderbird?

Based on the BuildID it might be that Thunderbird released build3 as the 
beta but Lightning released an older build?
