mozldap 6.0.3?

The mozilla client team would like to have a mozldap 6.0.3 release so 
that they could have an officially blessed CVS tagged source tree to 
use.  Here is the list of bugs fixed since 6.0.2:

Unless anyone objects, I will update the version in build.mk, commit,
