Yes. Open the source code file that has the ldap_sasl_interactive_bind 
call, and its clearly there that if you configure Mozilla LDAP without 
the Cyrus SASL flag, then the ldap_sasl_interactive_bind call always 
returns 0. Hence if you are using the recompiled version, then it is not 
there. However you have to rebuild the Mozilla LDAP library using the 
following configure statement as

 > ./configure --with-sasl <other arguments>

You can also define the Cyrus SASL library and include paths if they are 
at the different directories.
