<video> element bugs

Just wanted to report something before filing a bug?
nightlies with HTMLMediaElement support are getting cleaned up, but not 
sure others have noted this particular issue?..

-loaded a simple html page with video element with controls=true.
-never play the file.
-close out browser.
-firefox process still running.

Windows Vista, Firefox Nightly, Ogg is 320x240.ogg from theorasuite that 
was mentioned on another bug/crash for video element.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1a2pre) 
Gecko/20080808031528 Minefield/3.1a2pre

ALSO, it seems the "progress" event no longer is firing now?
perhaps, that has been turned off for now??
