when you copy/cut from another document type and paste it into a 
Composer web document try using the "Paste Without Formatting" selection.

The IE rendering problem is hard to figure out without seeing a sample 
on  a web server.  Post a sample of your document so we can compare with 
IE and Moz, also tell us what you see on your monitor that is different.
