Has anyone used nsIContentFilter's notifyOfInsertion()? Setting
continueWithInsertion to true is supposed to do nothing but proceed
with insertion. However, Mozilla throws an INVALID_POINTER exception
and no insertion occurs at all. Is there something I miss?
