My personal opinion is that the cost of redisplaying the new active line
in the source view via Gecko costs way more time than the 10 or 20 calls
into JS to count the PC/line. No-one has, to my knowledge, profiled this
specific area, however, so it's fairly open currently.
This shouldn't detract from the fact that having JSD do some legwork
instead of all/most JS debugging FEs is always an advantage.
