Wow, those are some pretty basic things missing...do_QueryInterface, 
kNamespaceID_None, etc.  I don't understand the build system well enough 
to know whether what you are doing should work or not.  But to get 
around the nsXFormsXPathEvaluator errors, just define 
DISABLE_XFORMS_HOOKS and the XForms stuff won't build.
