Re: transformToFragment with a node

That should work fine. Have you tested that you're iterating over the 
right nodes? I.e. are start and end the right values? Have you checked 
if you get anything out of the stylesheet? I.e. is 
fragment.childNodes.length not zero? Have you tried generating something 
other than xul? Basically, have you checked everything else?
