7.02 won't load webpages for me

Hope you can help.  50 percent or more of web pages will not load. 
Links won't load; Google often won't search.  I type in a URL and it all 
just sits with no change and a blank white page.  It is making NS 7 
completely unusable.  As it stands now, to trouble shoot it I have to 
have 7 running and when it fails on a page I also have Internet Explorer 
running and I go there with the failed URL to see what it is supposed to 
be doing.

I had the same problem trying NS 6 so just moved back to 4.72.

I am using a G4 newly updated to OS 9.2.1 and I have tried all of the 
following:
1.  Increased application memory (a lot).
2.  Toggled preference settings for Java and lots of other things.
3.  Replaced the prefs in the system folder.
4.  Reinstalled.

I am very frustrated.  Please save me.
