I also run into the same problem on building 1.2.1 and 1.3a source
under MacOS 9.2.2.

It seems that "ContextualMenu" stub library in Universal
Interfaces 3.4.1 is strange.

So I replaced "ContextualMenu" StubLibrary version 3.4.1
with version 3.3.2, then I could build 1.3a source.
