OK, I figured it out. It was very simple. Copied the PC folder onto the 
Mac desktop. Found the mail folder on the Mac. Dragged all the files 
from the PC mail folder into the Mac folder and ran Mozilla.

Perfect! Didn't have to do ANYTHING else.

I'm loving being a Mac guy. :)
