This is a belated announcement that NSPR 4.6.8 was released on
Nov. 14, 2007.  The CVS tag is NSPR_4_6_8_RTM.

NSPR 4.6.8 is a bug-fix patch release.  The bugs fixed in NSPR 4.6.8
