NSPR Binary Distros

In the V4.8.3 release notes (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/nspr/
release-notes/nspr483.html) it mentions binary distros, but I can not
seem to find them. Is their binary distros or what am I missing? I
found binary distros for V4.6.4 and earler at
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/nspr/releases/v4.6.4/ but I
don't find anything for later versions.

Please respond before all my hair is gone. :-)
