I cannot explain why it's not working for other people. Perhaps zip /f 
is broken in later releases?? No time to complain about ;-)

Just an experiment I want to keep it below 50 MB with larger language 
files and the huge german dictionary. Unfortunately it needs a quite new 
browser to access downloads from bitbucket. Uploads are more strange, 
even latest seamonkey (win32) doesn't work. Black magic of Javascript?
