Does it need that new of a browser? I haven't really tried to download.
Uploading has always worked fine here providing I have the bandwidth. I
uploaded 2.28 at the library but it only works when the library is not
busy. They also don't like me uploading a zip to Hobbes.
Tried uploading Lightning last night but half way through Bitbucket went
into maintainence mode
