For translating into %unixroot%, presumably by yum.

Only if you want to have any of those binaries on the path; it's not 
necessary to run Mozilla apps.

if you want to keep it for your script.

Again, not needed when using latest mozsupport.

I'm not sure that syntax does anything good.  Just get rid of that 
environment variable, at least until you have things working without it.
