No, will have to experiment further.  There don't seem to be too many 
complaints about PSM, so clearly it's not a common problem, but some 
modules just aren't getting loaded correctly.  Perhaps the NSS and/or 
NSPR modules have some extra dependency that I have back-leveled.

It would be nice for SM to work with the same libav DLLs as FF, at least.
