Try copying all the missing DLLs from my last build to the new build.

It should be working with the same FFmpeg DLLs as FF, unluckily here all 
I'm getting is errors about the file is corrupted from SM. I'll have to 
restart SM later and do more testing.
Possibly you're missing another dependency? Dmik built the one at 
Netlabs but the recent ones here automatically pull in zlib, bzip2, and 
xv. SDL is only pulled in by ffplay IIRC, avplay if using the fork.
