There's been an issue with newsgroups having X amount of subscriptions 
causing heavy CPU usage for the longest time. X-1 would be fine, 
subscribe to one more newsgroup and heavy CPU and slow responding 
browser. It did seem to go away a couple of releases back and didn't 
affect everyone, but perhaps it's back.
