So how could this program help Her if a download of ArcaOS via FF17ESR 
stops? The procedure for getting an upgrade of the existing ArcaOS (She 
have a valid subscription for this) is after logging in to the ArcaNoae 
site, go to the Order section and clicking on the latest order for 
ArcaOS. Then they will send a temporary download link like this (which 
now is invalid)

and copy it to the clipboard, close SMPMW118, open FF17, open a new tab 
and using Paste And Go in the URL field and the download will start 
after She have chosen the target location.. But if it fails, i.e. stops 
dead in tracks, then She should run PMResume and feed it with the 
abovementioned URL and the download would continue from whre it stopped 
(naturally She would set the target location the same as in FF17)? Or is 
She totally out in the blue here, i.e. gotten a whiff of Mr. Alzheimer :-)
