It means that actually FF will be the only browser that won't support Flash on Metro. I don't know how you got that out of the bug: we do intend to support Flash content on Metro. We just don't intend to implement that using pepper. The existing NPAPI in windowless mode can do about 95% of the work; we are continuing to work with Adobe on the options. --BDS
