profile temp dir problem

Hi.
I have reinstalled my mozilla profile after hd crash. I have relinked 
manually all my mailboxes whith they folder (in the new windowsxp 
install my doc and settings hove changed).

Now all work, mail and passw except for a thing.
When i try to download a file he give me this message

C:\< my doc&setting temp dir>\tempfile.tmp could not be saved, because 
the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

I look to my temp dir and mozilla right create the temp file but seems 
then somthing go wrong.

How i can resolve that???
