Hi,

After lot's of searching and trial and error i haven't found answers
to the following problems -

(a) The mozilla 1.0 print chooser always defaults to Color how can i
system wide set this to default to Grayscale? i've tried
pref("print.print_color", false) in all.js, unix.js, etc etc to no
avail.

(b) How does one system wide oevrride the default home page when you
click go -> home page? setting the obvious start page and home page
settings in all.js unix.js etc...

(c) How do you control the postscript level mozilla chooses to print
at?

(d) is there a good simple guide to how the .js pref files are read to
form the resutlant preferences a user has?
