transferring settings

The lease on my laptop has expired so I'm transferring files from my old 
laptop to a new one (both running Win2K pro) and want to make the transfer 
of Mozilla files as smooth as possible.

I copied the contents of the D:\Documents and Settings\<USERID>\Application 
Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default into the newly created folder on the new 
machine.  Bookmarks and other settings transferred fine but the saved 
passwords didn't.

Any ideas?
