This worked fo me (on *nix) to copy my profile to other machines.

Save your password files (<numbers>.[sw]).
Create them as empty files in the profile dir[see 1].
Start mozilla.
Set the master password to the same one you used before.
Exit mozilla (including the quick launcher).
Copy the saved password files back.
Start mozilla.

Saved passwords should be there.

[1]Is your profile still on D: on the new machine? My prefs file had the 
full path listed and I had to edit that too.
