How to save TEXT ZOOM feature

Hello.

I would like save "TEXT ZOOM" Feature to 120% in all windows,I read
that can be done with
nsIDOMWindow::SetTextZoom(2.0); 

But...how apply this and in what file? I tried to put in many windows
and was not lucky.

Any help will be appreciated
