The default profile will be created automatically and sliently. But if 
you care about profile stuff, just open the profile manager (it's in the 
start menu), create a new profile in a location of your choice, then 
delete the default profile or tell the profile selector to remember your 
profile of choice. Seems pretty obvious to me (if you use the start menu 
at all).
