That's not what I meant, I know how to do a second profile - delete
first one.

I thought I interpreted the reply to mean that the initial profile
included an option to place in a custom directory of choice.

I rarely use the "start menu" but rather use custom configured desktop
shortcuts to bring up the profile manager, mail, etc.
