Netscape about:config

Hello,

In Mozilla when you type about:config you get the list of configuration 
setting and when you right click any of them you get to change them. 
With Netscape you get the list but it seems not possible to change any 
of the settings. Does anyone know if there is a way to make Netscape 
behave as Mozilla does?
