IPF in NSS3.DLL

I believe this DLL has to do with the PSM, but other than deleting the
following files and folders:
XUL.mfl
history.dat
history.mab
chrome

I have seen no other workarounds for resolving a crash/IPF in NSS3.DLL,
and as far as that goes, I have been unable to find any reference to a
crash in this module...

I was hoping that a Mozilla Guru might be of help, altho this is happening
on Netscape 7.02, Windows 98FE.
