Global proxy setting

Hi,

I need to set a proxy for all users on a computer and don't let them 
change the settings. I need this for our internet access in school to 
prevent the students from disabling the proxy. Can I do this or 
something similar by editing so of the .js files in the Mozilla/Firefox 
installation folder?
