Hi,

I have a working set of modifications that add a Preference item to
clear the browser cache at shutdown (a very wanted feature).

This new feature appears as a checkbox in Preferences - Advanced - Cache
and automatically clear (or not) the cache when you close the browser.

I currently modified navigator.js, pref-cache.js, pref-cache.xul, all.js
and pref-cache.dtd

How can I:

1. Get in touch with the right people responsible for these parts of the
development tree

2. Send them my modifications to the 1.8a2 code

3. Eventually exchange emails to discuss how this feature could be
integrated in the current or future development cycle
