Add-on SDK planning meeting

Tuesday is our second planning meeting for the Add-on SDK of 2016.

...and apologies this meeting was showing in the add-ons calendar as being
on Friday. That was because I pressed the wrong button in the calendar.
We've moved it to Tuesday to match the wiki.
