No-one has made any proposals for adding general shaping support to SVG
Fonts for SVG 2.0 (or in any other spec). No one has even explained how it
could be done.

SVG Fonts are interesting in a particular context : for graphics, and

I think you can only say that because your native language is not a heavy
user of diacritics (or other complex shaping).
